Our Story
SheroShift was born from a deeply personal place. After nearly two decades in leadership roles within financial services, I, Taeshima, had the privilege of coaching dozens of professionals and speaking to audiences as large as 100,000 on topics like Imposter Syndrome and unlocking your power and potential. But it was my mentees and friends who encouraged me to bring SheroShift to life, recognizing my ability to inspire others, share life lessons, and spark meaningful change.
